Service frequently asked questions

  • Upon order we will send you an initial information request to respond to within a few days. Once you return it we add our own research and develop your financial model. Deliverable will be a pdf.

  • After final delivery we can accommodate small tweaks and adjustments for up to seven days. Larger and/or later edits and revisions can be added on to the order as needed.

  • On request we can provide a live model, with your acknowledgement that you are taking sole ownership of the model and are solely responsible for its integrity. Ongoing model support not included. We reserve the right to replace proprietary links, sources, & formulas with static values before sharing.

  • A final walk-through is not included in the offering. We are happy to answer discrete questions that may come up after reviewing the model, but anything requiring more than a brief response is beyond the base scope of this service and will incur an additional consultation charge.
